Lake Travis Pharmacy Partners, LLC d/b/a Lake Hills Pharmacy is a pharmacy, and a pharmacy has to be usable by everybody it serves. That includes this website.
We build and maintain this site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, Level AA as our target. Those guidelines are the standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium and referenced by accessibility regulators.
Level AA is the standard we work to. It is not a claim that every page and every component of this site meets it today. Parts of this site are older than our current standards, parts of it are supplied by services we do not control, and accessibility work on a live site is continuous rather than finished. Where we find a barrier, we fix it, and we treat a barrier reported by a visitor as we would treat any other defect that stops someone getting their medication.
Tell us, and we will help you directly rather than making you wait for the fix. If you cannot read a page, complete a form, or reach information you need, we will give you the same information and the same service another way: by phone, by email, or in person at the pharmacy.
Nothing on this website is the only route to anything we do. What you can start here, you can also do by speaking to a person at the pharmacy.
When you contact us, it helps if you can tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead, along with the browser or assistive technology you use. None of that is required. A description in your own words is enough.

Independent pharmacies are privately owned businesses as opposed to corporately owned chain pharmacies. While chain pharmacies function more like franchises, independent pharmacies tailor their services to the needs of the communities they are a part of.
