lakehillsrx.com is operated by Lake Travis Pharmacy Partners, LLC d/b/a Lake Hills Pharmacy, a licensed compounding pharmacy. Our pharmacy is located at 12005 Bee Caves Rd, Suite 1-A, Austin, TX 78738. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Lake Hills Pharmacy, and “you” means the person using this site.
By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Everything published on this site is general health information, provided for education. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a recommendation for your particular situation. Reading this site does not create a pharmacist-patient or provider-patient relationship.
Talk to your prescriber or your pharmacist about your own treatment. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Compounded medications are prescription products. We prepare and dispense them only against a valid prescription written by a licensed prescriber for a specific patient.
You cannot buy a compounded medication on this website. There is no checkout or purchase path for prescription products on this domain. Prescriptions reach us from your prescriber and are handled through our pharmacy systems, not through this site. Pages that describe compounded formulations are informational only, and pages addressed to prescribers are intended for licensed healthcare professionals.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished products. Whether we are able to dispense a particular medication to you depends on your prescription, on the state you are in, and on the medication itself.
Nutritional supplements offered through this site are not prescription products and do not require a prescription. They are not a substitute for a medication your prescriber has prescribed, and they are not intended to replace advice from your prescriber or pharmacist.
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we ship it. We may decline or cancel an order before it ships, including where an item is unavailable, where a price or product description was published in error, or where we cannot verify the details of the order. If we have already taken payment for an order we cancel, we refund it.
Prices, availability and product descriptions may change without notice. We work to keep them accurate, and where we find an error we may correct it and cancel any affected order.
If you create an account, keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Give us accurate information, keep it current, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.
Shipping to 37 states + DC, subject to state and medication-specific restrictions.
How we package and ship medications, including refrigerated cold-chain shipments, is described on our Shipping page. Returns, exchanges and refunds for supplements are governed by our Return Policy. Both pages form part of these terms.
How we handle information collected through this website, including cookies, analytics and advertising, is described in our Privacy Policy. How we handle your health information as a pharmacy is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
The content of this site — its text, images, logos, page design and the arrangement of them — belongs to Lake Hills Pharmacy or to the parties who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, print and share it for your own non-commercial use. You may not republish it, sell it, or use our name, logos or marks without our written permission.
Product names, brands and marks belonging to other companies remain the property of their respective owners.
This site links to websites we do not operate, including the accreditation and certification bodies whose records let you verify our credentials.
