Most unopened items in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. Items sent in error are eligible for return. Items that are damaged upon receipt or defective are eligible for return. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund, exchange or replacement.
Most items can be exchanged or refunded within the return policy time frame by notifying us by email within 30 days of receipt of product; and returning product which must reach our dispensing store for on-line products within 30 days of original delivery to you. If the item is store returnable you may exchange it for a replacement product, same or similar to original, or a refund.
To initiate a return:

Once a replacement or refund has been requested, return the item at your expense (unless our error*) to the store within 30 days of original delivery; physical address:

The return (replacement, exchange or refund) will be processed within 10 days of receiving the item. You will receive an email confirming the return process and any pertinent information.
Replacements are only available for the exact same item and must be shipped to the same address as the original order using the same shipping method. If the item, is no longer available then you may exchange it for a like item or request a refund.
If our returns department has declined a return for any reason, the original order will be shipped back to you and you'll receive an email explaining the details of the declined return. We will keep a tracking # on file.
A return may be declined for one of the following reasons:
Your return was outside of the return window timeframe outlined above per policy.
The item appears damaged by the return process.
The item was opened.
The receipt was not included and the returns department could not locate the original receipt on file.
The item is not a Martin’s Wellness Nutritional or Supplement item
You can return clearance or sale items with a receipt within the appropriate return window; 30 days. This will be determined by the returns department upon contact with them as noted above. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days after the online return center receives the item, and deems it returnable to the store. If this account is closed you will receive an in store ‘CREDIT’ by email and will be able to use this credit by placing your next order at the ‘on-line distributing store, i.e. calling the store for your next order at 512-858-7935 asking for Nicole or Amy in the business office. *Should the original item sent be our error, all shipping costs will be refunded.
